Starting in October 2013 online users will start to be upgraded to the new Microsoft CRM 2013. This is a major release and will include several new features and capabilities.
These include the new process driven (or 'flow') interface and integration with Bing Maps, Skype & Lync.
There are now 3 plans you can choose from starting at $65 and going down to $15/month per user.. You can mix and match plans to meet your needs (i.e. 5 users on Professional, 3 on Basic, and 2 on Essentials). With CRM 2013 Microsoft will require a minimum of 5 users on the Professional plan.
