To get the most out of Lync, it should be simple to use, and provide high quality. The Voyager Pro series is designed primarily for the mobile warrior, but with the addition of a Bluetooth adapter, it can also be connected to your computer (desktop or laptop) so that you can integrate it with both your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone and your computer. While larger than some "ear-buds" that are used, it make up the size factor in comfort (mine is more comfortable than any ear-bud I have tried), quality (noise cancellation is beyond belief), and talk time (rated 5.5 to 6 hours). The cost is a bit higher than many of the discount buds ($99), but if you look at the trade off of a comfortable hands free device you will use vs a cheap device that is not comfortable and the price of a traffic ticket or worse; the $99 is a bargain.
The Calisto 800 series is a Speakerphone with integration to your computer and Bluetooth enabled mobile phone. It can connect to your home or office analog phone line for calls over your existing phone line, or connect to your computer for calls or web meetings through the computer, and finally act as a qualtiy speakerphone for your mobile phone. This is a great product for those who have needs for multiple people to hear (and be heard) on web meetings. There are several versions of the speakerphone, some with a wireless microphone, and others that are optimized for use with Microsoft Lync or Microsoft Communication manager. For a small office with analog phone line this speakerphone this can be the answer.
