Many times when you complete a phone call, or oither task you want to schedule a followup Task (phone call, email, etc). We have made this easy by creating an automatic process that nchecks if you have put data into some followup fields. If you have we automatically crete the followup activity for you. First you create the existing activity, in this case a phone call.
If you have filled in the FollowUp Activity dropdown (shown above), then when you close the activity (see below):
A new activity will be created and attached to the contact or acount for followup.
That activity will also show up in the All Activites view as well.
