The equipment form is made to be dynamic so as you insert information fields can appear or disappear based on the values you enter. This makes it easy to use the same form to capture data for very different types of equipment, but also allowing it to capture and display just the relevant fields. In this example we have the choice of Round or Rectangular working area. Based on the selection the user is asked for the Diameter and Height/Length, or if Rectangular the Width, Height, and Length.
